This is an amazing private community! We offer all the amenities that guests deserve, they can feel at home and can enjoy all the amenities that the Seven Dwarfs Villas has, such as swimming pool, tiki bar, playground, playgrounds, gym and much more! The most important thing is its location, it's perfect! With restaurants, shops, supermarkets just minutes away. Also theme parks, only 10 min from Disney, 20 min Universal Studios and 20 min from SeaWorld park. Our newly remodeled apartment has modern TVs, DVD and blue-ray, Wi-Fi available, TV on demand through ROKU in all rooms, all kitchen utensils, mattresses, towels and new sheets, professionally cleaned carpet, up to a special themed room for the little ones with 2 double bunk beds. You can access all the facilities of the Resort !! Game room, pool and tiki bar until 10pm, 24-hour gym, spa, barbecue area, table tennis, basketball courts, volleyball and tennis, auto-wash service and vacuum for vehicles
We gladly offer you a sample of personal items such as shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms, as well as a small sample of soap for the dishwasher and the washing machine but all the products that are going to be used by the guests must be supplied by themselves, are not included. Likewise, a sample of sugar, salt and pepper is offered, but all other condiments or spices must be supplied by the same guests. In the same way this applies for cleaning items, they are not included. In each room of the house you will find instructions and specific rules to follow, such as keys, trash, smoking inside, air conditioning or kitchen cleaning. They will also be informed about the amounts that will be charged in case of non-compliance.
Our condo has an excellent location, it is located at 192 Kissimmee. with a security system behind closed doors and 24/7 surveillance. It has variety of restaurants less than 5 min like Dennys, Burger King, Pizz Hut, Taco Bell, Applebees, Olive Garden, Panda Express, The Tenanpa Mexican, Waffle House, Starbucks, Wendy's, TGI Fridays, Mac Donalds, Subway, Smokey Bones Grill, Ichiban and more, gas station, pharmacy, supermarkets like Publix, Target or Sams right in front. Variety of nearby attractions such as the Congo River mini golf and Medieval Times less than 5 min. Just a block away, there is a small mall with stores like Ross, Joann, Reebook, Marshall, Super Target, Skechers, Sally Beauty, Dollar Tree and more. Two blocks away, access to 535 to get to the Disney parks, Universal Studios or SeaWorld. Also our location offers proximity to the I-4, where it will be easy to move to go shopping or visit any other site in Orlando.
