The building was traditionally designed with meticulous details and beauty. We were surprised to find that it was situated a stone-throw away from several historical sites. The scenery of Wat Phra Rattana Mahathat on the other side of the river at night was breathtaking. Another surprise was that the ground floor was a stylish coffee shop. Although it was almost at the heart of the city, the night was quiet and relax. The room was well equipped and comfy. We did not have a chance to try their breakfast. Would love to return the next visit.

Spacious room with very comfortable beds. The bathrooms have large bathtubs. There is nice greenery outside the room and a little private enclosed garden just outside the bathroom window (which is full wall size), so you can stare at greenery while having a relaxing bath. There is private, covered parking next to each room, perfect in the rainy season.
Staff is really friendly and helpful, though I guess they don't speak English (I could make some basic conversation in Thai). Room is really spacious and bathroom too; the bed is one of the most comfortable I have slept in years. Location is ok, just hundreds of meters from restaurants and convenience store, bus station is 1km away it took me 15 minutes by walking on the main road to get there. I would say I'll be back someday but those insects bites still hurt...
Very close to the temples and aboit 10 minute walk to railway station + night food market. Mark (host) was very helpful, gave a lot of tips for unexpected gems like local herbal steam spa or wonderful temple not very far from the city. Roof terrace is very cozy place for relax 🙂
Location right on the river where the floating restaurants are. View to the river from double room with large balcony. Comfortable bed and good en suite bathroom. Stayed on Saturday night which was the night of walking street market right around the corner. Amazing food stalls selling everything you can imagine - very fun. Staff at Little Jasmine were very friendly. Great breakfast and drinks at the stylish coffee shop on ground floor. Nice decking area out front to sit and relax.
The property was very quirky, spacious and a lovely environment. The roof top especially was a highlight as it was a lovely space to relax, chill and socialise.

Great peaceful surroundings, lovely room. If you are looking for for a place to relax, that's the best place in Phitsanulok. The spa was nice, maybe the room needs renovation.
