Me and my wife went to the Dubai Mall to shopping and have dinner at the restaurant. We went to the Aquarium and Underwater Zoo first then we went to shopping and the restaurant at end. Which is a great combination to start with and end with. The staffs are so friendly and helpful also they wore the clothes in professional clothes. Good and short guide information to read and know about.
Dubai Mall is absolutely beautiful. The place is HUGE and you can find anything you need there. There were many good offers when we visited (Middle of July). There is a great place for kids and teenagers, cinemas and even an aquarium in the mall. Many options for food, shopping and leisure. Worth visiting.
Great place and more than just a shopping mall where you can spend half to full day. So many shopping options and brands, good variety of restaurants and coffee shops. Movie theatre, kids fun areas, e.g. kidzania , ski ring, aquarium and many more
Its size is spectacular, the Aquarium is a must, but the rest is just like a regular shopping mall. It's interesting that you have to walk for at least 15 min through an air conditioned tunnel to get to the mall from an underground station.
Mall closes at 12 Midnight, but public transport finishes about 10/11pm. After that it's a taxi only! The Walk from getting off the train platform to the mall is about 10-15mins via all the walkways. Factor it in when timing for the Burj Khalifa visit.
Have to watch what clothes you wear in the Dubai Mall, because even if you technically don't break any rules, they will give you a lot of trouble by having security guards "arrest" you, take you into detention, and photocopy your passport and make you write apology statements! Though they repeatedly tell you that you haven't "done anything wrong".
Breakfast included many options. Food was great. Staff was so respectful, hospitable, helpful and professional. Great facilities as well. Room service was excellent. Very responsive. Room was very spacious, bed was very comfy and bathroom had an amazing view. I cant stress enough on how important the hotels location is. The hotel is integrated within the dubai mall. Believe this is so important and very convenient compared to other hotels. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in dubai. 10/10 experience
Check-in was great, Eric was very friendly. It was our second time and it was like the first time: rooms are very modern and new, the pool area is big for a hotel in business bay and the gym is great. Great value for money if you just want to go to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. If you want to relax at the pool and/or the beach, we would recommend other hotels on the palm or close to la mer beach :)
The breakfast was freshly cooked and filling. The view from my 24th story Business room was impressive. My room was clean and spacious with a big firm bed. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the Creek Business Bay waterside walkway, and a 30 minute walk or easy bus ride from Burj Khalifa Park and The Dubai Mall. Staff were all very friendly.
This is a continuation of my previous stay. I extended my stay in the same hotel when I noticed the high level of commitment and customer services. Moreover, the location of this hotel will make it easy to reach the Dubai mall by walking. so this is an extra feature you can find it here.
location is amazing, 5 minutes walk will be in the dubai mall, and from my room I had the best view for burj khalifah and the city, the room was big enough for one person and of course the breakfast was one of the best breakfasts i have tried in an hotel.
Good and helpful staff, nice and clean rooms, 5 minutes walk from Dubai mall & fountain, good covid measures, free parking, relaxing pool, breakfast was delicious (a la carte during covid)
-Location is really great, you can access Dubai mall and the fountain easily. -The Balcony have good view to the fountain. -Good Large Space.
Perfect view on Burj Khalifa and the Fountain. Very close to the Dubai Mall.
Allow yourself 3 full days to get around Dubai Mall - never been to a mall so big before. From aquariums to dinosaur skeletons Dubai really has it all.
Avoid hotel restaurants if you can do without the Alcohol. Food quality and value is better. Alcohol is available in venues attached to hotels only and carry hefty services charges and premiums. Some local options provide a better more cultural experience and value for money. For example, go to Ravi Indian Restaurant if you like Indian. Go to Istanbul Flower on Sheikh Zayed (Next to Safestway) for best Turkish (Try Iskender). Al Hallab for best Lebanese food (Emirates and Dubai Mall or original on Al Garhoud Road). Another good Lebanese option is Al Safadi on Al-Rigga Road in Deira). For best steaks I recommend the JW Mariott in Deira. For good Asian go to Wagamama. For Persian Food go to Sadaf on Sheikh Zayed or in Deira.
Dubai Mall is like 3 main streets put one on top of the other.
YES!! Make sure you reserve for places like Em Sherif at Dubai Mall and book a table at Le Petite Maison.
New beach area and JBR generally , Madinet Jumaira, Miricale garden, Burj Khalifa, Malls even without shopping specially Dubai Mall
Amazing choice of shops, could get lost in Dubai Mall for hours and hours
