Had to take the opportunity to snow ski in tbe desert. It was actually quite fun. There were hardly any lines for the lift, so we went up and down dozens of time in our allotted time. It was great fun.

If you haven't ski'd before- you can only enter by doing a lesson and they will not let you onto the slopes without a few lessons. We did a beginners lesson which was supposed to be 1 hour but by the time our instructor came to meet everybody and ask general questions we were not on the snow until at least 10 minutes into the lesson time and she finished lesson 10 minutes before finish time to have us back to lockers by time. So we really only got about 40 mins lesson
