Well worth the walk around, Botanic Gardens are worthwhile...
Well worth the walk around, Botanic Gardens are worthwhile as is the Parque Lage about 1 Kilometre further along actually saw two families of monkeys in the trees. If you feel fit this is the start of the footpath to Corcovado but is very steep and challenging.

Staff were super friendly, perfect location as it's close enough to Ipanema beach, Rodrigo de Freitas lake and also to Leblon bars, but with Uber you can cover whole Rio anyway. The Thursday BBQ and caipirinha night was very pleasant.
