worth booking a tour of this a mazing building. the various cafes and bars inside are well worth visiting, maybe a bit higher prices than elsewhere but the sheer ambience and beauty of the place is worth it.
Gorgeous room of course, but we have seen several concerts here. Some laugh it's for tourists, but to me this is the bread and butter of Czech music. You can go every day, EVERY DAY for hundreds of years. I guess that's why they're called The Classics. Fine street players outside as well. Czechs play their Dvorak and Mozart and Ludwig Strauss etc. hardly referring to the stands, it's their folk music. Youch. Talk about advanced culture.
The Municipal House is a lovely building and is well preserved in the Art Deco style worth a visit and you can pay for a tour to see rooms not open to the public.
