We were lucky here. Free admission. The building interiors are amazing. There was a particularly moving exhibition about the Czech Air Force pilots who through tortuous means left their country for the UK to fight with the allies during WWII. Humbling to learn all this.
One BIG disappointment! A big (beautiful) building that is pretty much empty! One dinosour on the ground floor and a whale on the top floor and a crapy tiny exhibition called 2x100. The entry was 260 KC and was not worth it at all. The ticket gave acess to other museums, but we only had time for one! Most disappoining experience ever! Not w
Beautiful building which was recently renovated. Lots to see and do with new feature to go into the copulate itself. An additional ticket is needed for that however and all visits there are dependant on interest during your visit so if they sold out, you wouldn’t be able to visit and enjoy spectacular views of Prague. Tickets to a museum itself is 500 CZK for two adults and an additional 200 for the copula - again for 2 adults
After 2 hours of waiting in the cue to buy a tickets we are informed that only 2 exhibitions of 15 are available at that day and if we wish to visit cupola we need to wait another 3 hours so we decided to leave. They should put some notice on the entrance about availability of the exhibitions.
During February 2019 undergoes extensive renovations, meaning there are only 3 exhibits open to the public: 1. Celts; quite interesting 2. Light and dark; aimed at children 3. Noah’s ark; embarrassingly tacky exhibit with plastic/ bad taxidermy/ papier-mâché animals. I assume it’s much better normally
It was closed for renovation. 9/16/7 We were very disappointed. It's do to open in about six months. Why couldn't sections have been closed selectively at a time, so that other areas would be open for tourists?
