High spec apartment, spacious without being too large. Well equipped and tastefully decorated.
It was easy to access using the door code and there is parking available one minute away on Charlotte Square.
My apartment was accessed from Charlotte Square (door next to KFC but that didn't impact in any way) but looked out over Princess Street and the castle. Despite that, it was not at all noisy.
