Amazing building structure, the acoustics are very good due to the modification they made with the domes implanted in the high ceiling, initially the sound was lacking until this modification was carried out some time ago now.
Fabulous Christmas Carols show but the seats are very small and cramped. Its important to leave enough time to valet your coats and jackets or there is literally no where to put them. There is also no cup holders for your drinks either. I was disappointed not to get a Song Sheet and had to ask for one at half time.
Absolutely wonderful...we have watched the Remembrance service many times and it was amazing to actually be there. The down side is that there are no restaurants nearby so sandwiches or booking in advance in the Royal Albert Hall's restaurants is a must.
If you have the opportunity to attend a concert here, that’s great. If not, at least do the tour through the concert hall. You will learn the history of this absolutely beautiful theatre and some interesting stories as well. Great way to spend an hour or so. When you are finished here, wander across the road to see the Albert Memorial. Wow!
I thought that the staff were exceptionally helpful..Every question and concern that I had was answered with great knowledge..For example ,before I went I needed to know if I could still get underground train as I was staying far away from Royal Albert Hall..They were sensationally good with public..Superb place..
if you travel there during good friday period, they do an annual Messiah concert there that has been running for almost 150 years! do a tour of the royal albert hall while you're there and throw in a lunch (it'll be at the italian restaurant upstairs) to complete the experience :)
We never used the breakfast option, just a quick cuppa & out to walk & experience Kensington..Loved the location & it’s in walking distance to the Tube station also Royal Albert Hall...& other amenities.
Classical music or anything. Besides majestic Royal Albert Hall (in July-Sept there are The Proms) and many other venues, St Martin in the Fields church has many events, some free.

Concerts in the Royal Albert Hall and the Royal Festival Hall. Visit the British Museum and the British Library. Visit the Roman amphitheatre underneath the Guildhall Art Gallery..
