I was there in September and museum was packed with people so you are not even able to take a photo inside without other’s in the way. Photos are really important for some illusions inside the museum. It’s overpriced for what it offers and they should really control how many people they are letting inside. There’s a museum of Illusions in Zagreb and has a lot more to offer. Skip this place on your travels trough Zadar it’s the worst thing that Zadar will offer to you.
Pretty low key and definitely not a sophisticated, big city museum but my family (4 kids ages 9-17) enjoyed it far more than expected! Even my husband and teens, who had planned to wait outside, thankfully got sucked into the museum due to the outside heat. Absolutely not a destination museum but if you have a free hour or 2, it is quite entertaining!
