It's very stuffy in there, and hot, you won't last too long, but enjoy the surrounding areas instead and bargain with some vendors outside the caves as you can get good price on clothes and souvenirs.
Better to go when it is not to hot, there are many steps down there, so just try early in the morning. Pay attention to the old guy praying inside, he asked us to join him for praying together and after it asked for money.
Not as good as I expected . You have to wear sarong to get in ,take you own or get a free one when you pay the entrance fee ($3) . There are people who try to sell you a sarong as you arrive , don't be fooled by them. You will get one for free .
Not too bad. Reasonably interesting location. Heads-up: you do not need to buy a sarong, it's for free when you check in your ticket. A guide may approach you offering his service, but this is not mandatory. Interesting facts will be given, so if you are keen on learning, you will not be disappointed.
