We went there on a snowy day and we tried the ice skating arena. It was the peak moment of my trip, with the Christmas music on the speaker and all. It was perfectly not too crowded, the staff kept it decent for all of the skater to enjoy their experience. Lovely day!

Everyone was really nice with me and helpfull thanks to them ! :)
And the breakfast <3 , the girl who was making the breakfast did an awsome ob, we had avocado, a lot of different type of bread,, fruits, juices, yogurth ... really it was delicious ! :)
We love this hotel. This was our second time staying here in as many years. The location is our favourite, almost across the road from Bryant Park and minutes to Broadway. Our room had a view of both the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building. Compared to many New York hotel rooms the room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 3 (teenage children). We will return and recommend without any hesitation.
-The location is great! Just 5 minutes to Time Square and 10 minutes to Bryant Park by walk. You're really in the heart of Manhattan. Subway station next to the building.
- My partner and I had our privacy for all our stay. Even though there were other people in the other rooms we felt totally comfortable. I never had to wait to go t the bathroom.

This hotel is great. Warm shower, good amenities - shampoo, hair conditioner and liquid soap. It was the first time I found a good hairdryer in a hotel room. Linen/bed sheets and towels were very clean and smelled good. Awesome location, near the Grand Central Terminal, Chrysler Building, Bryant Park, NY Public Library etc. Great value for money.

The laundry in the basement with the gym was excellent. It’s located in the most convenient area of midtown and having Bryant Park across the road was a bonus.
Breakfast was really great, plenty options.
Room had an amazing view of the empire state, well worth the price.
Location is so close to times square and Bryant park, made it very easy to get to uptown or downtown and lots of great shops very close by.
