Staff were friendly, helpful, attentive and responsive. Room, quiet and clean. I found my bed to be quite comfy, but my friend thought it was too soft. Valet parking convenient, if not a bit expensive, but the valet drivers were quick, super-friendly and helpful. Location good - close to Larimer Square and the Cherry Creek Trail. Have stayed in Hotel Indigo elsewhere before which is why I felt comfortable booking this one. Aveda products are always a plus.
Great place, very close to the 16th street mall and the Larimer square, within walking distance to the commons park. Facilities are very good and rooms are comfortable.
