This is a place well known for the big events that are hosted in NYC and it is kept up very well and clean and well guarded , you are not able to actually go in unless there is an event but it is a nice place to tale pictures and there are some many great restaurants in the area so its a win win all around!

If you are disabled in any way it is very hard to maneuver around. When event is over they close most elevators and make people with canes stand around waiting, instead of opening all elevators. It was awful and both myself and everyone in line also felt it was a fire hazard.

Go and watch a hockey or NBA game. Plan to be there 1 hour in advance. Make sure you have eaten before going there. A bottle of water costs 6 dollars, a pint of beer 14 dollars, popcorn 6 dollars.... It is very expensive to eat or drink there. But the atmosphere is amazing!

The hotel is extremely well located, at a walking distance from the Madison Square Garden (3 Blocks), Penn Station (3 Blocks), Hudson Yards (2 Blocks), Times Squaare (5-6 Blocks), the Port Autority Bus Terminal (5 Blocks) and the Intrepid Aircraft Carrier (2 Blocks).
The hotel is quite quiet and they offer hot coffee in the morning for free, which is of course a good advantage in the winter months. The main point however is its location... If you are looking for a very well located hotel in Manhattan at a reasonable price this is it.
Nice place for several reasons: 1. attending NRF; 2. getting to TimeSquare and Broadway Theatres; 3. to have good shopping; 4. getting to Madison Square Garden and Penn station.
Good ratio between Value and Money. Very good breakfasts. The room was clean, towels and other bed stuff was changed daily. Strongly recommended.
Probably the best location in NY right opposite Madison Square Gardens and around the corner from Maceys. The hotel is clean Its not luxurious but ideal for a weekend if you are looking for a great location.
