Food & Beverage was too expensive! Don't visit the Marriott Residence Inn, hair on towels, no AC in the Hallway, open windows blowing Hot air! Management sucks! They ruined my Concert in 2018, I missed it because the manager cancelled my reservation, and the Customer service guy, assured me I would have a Reservation at the Fairfield Inn, but the Evil manager at the Residence Inn called her, told her lies, than they cancelled my reservation when I was in route, I drove to NJ, like the Customer service representative told me, but when I arrived, he told me my reservation was cancelled! I missed the entire show, and lost $325.00 plus gas, and Tolls! because of the Marriott! I would NEVER reccomend staying there, or trusting this Hotel again! Additionally, they owed me a free night stay which they also took away! This Hotel chain is Racist and Biased!
