Only a 5-10 mins walk from Penn station 34th street which was excellent from the airtrain transfer from JFK->Jamaica->Penn Station.
Overall good value-for-money for a family of 5. We had a family room on the 8th floor last week in February.
The hotel is very easy to get to/from, being close to Penn Station, with both Subway and Airport train to/from Newark.

Every thing was perfect. At check in we meet Yaya who was so lovely. She sent up a gift bag to the room for recent birthdays we both celebrated. Breakfast was a bit mad but still catered for everyone. The lads at the door were lovely and courteous ever time we left and returned. And even on our last day we were given an umbrella as we had to walk to 34th street Penn Station. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will hopefully stay again myself.
The bedroom was great, bed very large and really comfortable. Couldn’t hear any noise from the street (we were on 8th floor) but could hear are noisy neighbours (they were extremely loud! So wouldn’t blame it on the hotel). Staff were nice and helpful. Great breakfast with home made smoothly and fresh juice. Also had a waffle maker with cinnamon roll batter.
Location is fantastic next to Penn station (train from JFK don’t take taxi from airport).
The room was very comfortable and the bed was small. Although "small" for some American standards, we found it clean and comfortable. Having bonus available at the hotel was also great. The location is convenient and really close to Penn Station. Most staff were friendly. Although a bit expensive (but hey, its New York), I would stay here again.

It is convenient to get from the airport and further in any directions (train, bus). Friendly staff. Hot drinks, snack, fruits-any time. Private sleeping cabins and clean bathrooms. I guess, This is what a budget tourist needs.

the rooms are tiny, but it is not unusual in NY. The hotel is very well situated - close to the subway and few blocks away from Penn station and just next to the bus terminal. Very well placed to visit the whole city.
The Hotel is situated within short walking distance from Times Square and Penn Station, which allows you to easily get to JFK airport in under an hour. The room was excellent, as you would expect from Hilton.
The hotel is very close to Penn Station and I often travel by train to NYC. It's also very close to a Subway stop which makes is very easy to get around the city.
