Located in a perfect location in Old Town, the rooms are huge [ours had a great balcony] and come with a free mini bar, snacks and all the comforts you would expect in some five star properties. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. The bathroom has a unique layout that keeps the two sinks and the toilet separate. Breakfast was included and, while not super extensive, it still had a good variety and eggs cooked to order. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. They were responsive, helpful and super friendly. It was great to see their smiling face every morning. The pool and pool bar area were a great place to relax during the day. Everyone works hard to make it a super lux place to stay. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Chiang Mai

We discovered the hotel by accident while we were with a group of friends looking for a place to have desserts and the cafe/bakery that we were supposed to go to was closed and we just wandered into the hotel and ended up having coffee there. We were impressed with the newly built property. It opened just last October, this year and we really liked it that we made the booking right there and then to stay for this trip. We were not dissapointed . It was an enjoyable stay. The staffs were nice and went out of their way to help us with their limited english. We also had the wonderful opportunity to meet with Mrs SingSoo, the owner. She and her staffs had a soap making session near the swimming pool. Her objective is to offer a new experience to the people who stay at the hotel to learn something new and to have positive vibes while doing the activity. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone who will go to Chiang Mai. May I add that this hotel is right in the heart of the city and is just opposite a public park.
