The manager was so friendly and helpful and couldn’t be more welcoming to us. The rooms were so clean and everything we needed was there. The social distancing measures and cleanliness was outstanding. Thank you so much Savman Homes for going above and beyond to make us feel safe during these strange times we’re in felt like we had a little bit of normality back in our lives.

Had meetings all day and stayed back in Birmingham, badly needed a bed and booked this Modern and Cosy place(yes it is) and that was a right decision I made, only 1 night but great experience had a relaxing and comfortable stay. Thanks to the landlord for giving such a wonderful experience and helping out with check-in.

I didn’t meet the host in person but he always responds to my messages almost immediately and very clear instructions, easy check in and out. Definitely 5 star and strongly recommend!!!! 👍👍👍

The bedrooms, colour scheme, vibe of the place. Communal area are beautiful especially wellness area. Be nice to see some activities scheduled in there but I understand it’s not been open long. The bed and pillows were SO COMFY I slept well. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Location for jewellery quarter is amazing and it’s a quiet street which is nice. The coffee and breakfast was nice and the staff helpful and friendly. I’m pleased to find out it’s dog friendly too.
