Built in a very distinctive traditional Greek island style, Nissia Kamares allocates self-catering studios and apartments on 2 floors. The complex is attractively designed amongst lushly green gardens. What a gem of a place! We were upgraded to the studio suite and it is so gorgeous I could live there! Everything was wonderful, the shower was so good that i could have just stayed in it for ages, the bed extremely comfortable, wonderful swimming pool and really delightful staff. Now for the breakfast - it was excellent! My partner and I have travelled for years to many places and this hotel is one of the nicest we have stayed in and the breakfast is by far the best buffet breakfast we have ever had in a hotel, it was more like the sort of breakfast you get when you order it freshly made rather than a buffet. There was an excellent range of food, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and the coffee was excellent. This was a very reasonably priced hotel and we were both pleasantly surprised at how lovely it was. We need to stay in Kos again soon and are booking this hotel again. Highly recommended.

Boasting an outdoor pool, Sweet Kalimera Apartments is located in Kardamena village of Kos, just 50 metres from the beach. It offers apartments opening to a furnished balcony with Aegean Sea views. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. The pools are very clean. The beach is so close. A playground for the children. It's a very peaceful location. The breakfast served at the hotel was amazing. Great value.

Located in the lively Kardamena of Kos Island, just 100 metres from the beach, Agrellis Apartments features a pool with sun terrace and a snack bar. It offers a games room and self-catering accommodation with a balcony. I liked everything about this apartment. The staff were so friendly and gave a homely feel getting to know everyone that stayed. The place was always spotless clean and in the perfect location. There was a mini market right next door and a lovely bingo bar for some fun just across the road. Breakfast was lovely at the place and the beds were comfortable. The pool was always spotless clean and plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Would very much stay again

The family-run Elga Hotel Apartments is 250 metres from the beach of Kardamaina and within easy walking distance from the village centre with restaurants and shops. It offers a swimming pool and a bar. The self-catering accommodation has free WiFi and balcony overlooking the mountains and the town. I booked Elga because I like to have a pool to swim in, the room is basic but comfortable and with plenty of space. The vue over the pool and toward the hills was lovely, I had a little balcony with a table and chairs. The bar is one of the only bars in Kardamena to stay open late- if you like that? Staff are welcome and pleasant. I’m definitely staying here again. It’s not luxurious but if you want clean comfortable and great location with pool you would be daft to pay more.

Younger guests will enjoy the sweet-water children’s pool with waterslides, playrooms and entertainment programme at the kids' club. Location is brilliant, nice surrounding.. the quality of food is superb and the staff is so friendly. This hotel is perfect for a complete chillout. Would recommend the Greek restaurant a lot - had a wonderful and tasty dinner there - Jannis and Andreas have made everything perfect for us!! Efcharistó polý

Philippos Apartments is just 30 metres from the beach and within a 4-minute walk from the centre of Kardamena. It features air-conditioned accommodation with kitchenette and free Wi-Fi, and an outdoor pool and poolside snack bar next to the property. Food was lovely and very reasonably priced at the pool side/snack bar. Pool area was excellent. Accommodation was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Guests of all ages can choose between the 2 outdoor swimming pools, a relaxation pool, water slides and the beautiful pebbled beach. The endless menu of activities includes 2 tennis courts, beach volley, water polo and basketball facilities. It was a very pleasant stay for us. Staff was very friendly and very professional. Room, food and service were excellent. Special thanks to Mrs. Fotini from front desk who was very helpful during our stay. Semina and her Team at Kids club were very good. We will definitely come back.

The all-inclusive 4-star Mitsis Family Village Beach Hotel is just 200 metres from the pebbled beach of Kardamena. Umbrellas and loungers are offered both by the 2 outdoor pools and on the beach.

The Family Village serves American buffet breakfast. The restaurant serves local and international cuisine, and features show cooking. Drinks and snacks are offered at the beach bar and pool bar. Lunch baskets can be provided. Lovely lovely people, stunning location. Sparkling clean. Fun vibe yet not in your face.
