The staff was very helpful and friendly and were happy to answer any questions. We arrived early and could leave our luggage there until the room was ready. And not to forget - The location is superb: close to the beach and Calle Loiza. Highly recommended.

We came here for a few nights for our mini honeymoon and relaxation time. The hotel was peaceful and close enough to whatever we needed to make this a pleasant trip. The hotel service was amazing and though we didn't speak much French, the staff was accommodating and made us feel comfortable. In addition to the hotel service and amenities, the hotel owner, Marco, was the absolute best. He provided us tips and directions to get around the island and really made sure we were comfortable from the moment we got there to the moment we checked out. I highly recommend this hotel to those looking for a relaxing, pleasant and hospitable experience.

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, room service and currency exchange for guests. Everything was better than expected. Food is so fresh and taste was always on point. ( something weird on hotels ) this place has become my favorite. They do actually follow Covid rules. Staff always friendly and really caring and making sure you had a good time.
