She has made sure my family and myself has had everything we have asked for to make our stay more enjoyable and stress free. She is so attentive, so sweet, and so thoughtful. Staff is incredibly nice, I felt like at home! The property is big, you have access to a lot of different facilities (eg: pools, restaurants, spa, gym, etc). I am usually not a resort/all inclusive person but I have to say I was very positively surprised by the quality of the food and service.
My stay at Sunshine Guest House was absolutely exceptional due, in large measure, to the support and kindness of Richard who went above and beyond to help me make my stay a pleasant one. The facilities are perfect and the beach is nearby, and value for money is great, especially when one considers that there are several large all-inclusive resorts in the area next to the location of Sunshine Guest House.
I loved everything about the property but the rate was still a little steep. If I didn’t have business in the immediate area and had a couple more days to stay, I could have spent the same amount for three days at an all inclusive resort. Especially during these times.
Quiet and spacious room with comfortable bed and pillow and nice view. Breakfast was very good - dinner at the nearby Playa Blanca restaurant also. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Big plus is that this resort is not all-inclusive.

Typical Caribbean all-inclusive resort: tons of food and drinks all day long. Big swimming pool, nice beach, animations if you want to be entertained and so. Dominican people are extremely friendly and funny.
