Deshaies
Set on Anse du Petit Bas Vent Beach in Deshaies, this pleasant resort offers comfortable rooms and bungalows with views of the Caribbean Sea. It features an outdoor pool and children's pool, tennis courts and free Wi-Fi. The beach. The Caribbean blue waters. The breezy trade winds. The view (& breeze) from the deck of our bungalow. This did *not* feel like a big resort. Very relaxing and laid-back. The staff (many young Scandinavian students on a gap year) were very friendly and helpful. (Fort Royal Langley is owned by a medium sized Swedish hotel chain.) Live music in the evening at the outdoor bar was also very nice.
Deshaies
Caraibes Royal's bright, air-conditioned apartments are surrounded by lush, tropical gardens. There is an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, and the beach is only 150 metres away. All rooms include free Wi-Fi. Comfortable bed, very spacious rooms (especially the living room) Staff were very welcoming. Pool is a good size. Would recommend the pizzas from room service
Deshaies
Offering charming apartments with terraces, Résidence Caraibes Bonheur features a large outdoor swimming pool set in tropical gardens. Located in the Deshaies Valley, it is 300 metres from Bas Vent Beach.
A supermarket can be found 200 metres from the resort.
Very beautiful place, gorgeous swimming pool, the view is to die for, the surroundings are a dream. The beach is at 10 minutes walk, a supermarket even closer by. Great spot to enjoy Guadeloupe, as ir's on the better part of the island, with the mountains, rain forest and amazing beaches.

Secluded resort with nice bungalows on a quiet hill. Nice restaurant although a bit limited in a la carte options. Food was good and at a decent price. Overall good experience given the COVID-19 restrictions. Location is great, a mere 20-40 mins on foot from two lovely beaches with nice beachbars and restaurants. Deshaies is about 1h walk. Would come here again:)
We spent Xmas and New Year at the resort. Although very busy, the staff were absolutely fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. They are a credit to the resort! The resort was kept spotlessly tidy. Great food selection. Nice pool with plenty of space and sun loungers.
Location is wonderful. (Unfortunately the experience is tainted by the owners who have no idea how to run a resort.) This establishment would struggle to hold a 3 star rating in most parts of the world.
A very good all inclusive resort with good Watersport facilities. The food was way above average for such a type of hotel - well done chef! With a little more attention to maintenance of rooms and common areas this could been perfect.
Bungalows are very nice. Breakfast is fantastic. Beach of the resort is very beautiful and near to the resort, within max 5 km, there are 3 awesome beach ( Plage de la perle, grande anse, and a small cove located prior to arrive in grande anse.

The property is very cute, cosy and has a feeling of being at home, this is what I prefer rather than staying at resorts.
