Situated in the Mueang Kao district of Sukhothai, BaanSuk Sukhothai Resort features a garden, water sports facilities and a terrace. There is a year-round outdoor pool and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Everything was good. It was a small family run resort with decent facilities. For the price charged, they provide excellent service. The breakfast was yummy. They do check for any meal restrictions and adjust the menu for your needs. I have to say that the breakfast was set meal and not fully buffet but that is not a problem at all. Place is close to the historical site with a lot of restaurants near by. Totally worth the money

Free private parking is available and the resort also features bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. Immaculately clean property. Room very spacious and cleaned every day. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. The owners (who both speak English) are very friendly and helpful, giving good advice about nearby attractions and restaurants. Will definitely recommend.

Getting free bikes to go inside the historical square was wonderful. One of the best place we stayed in Thailand. We highly recommend !

The all place is lovely and quiet, full of trees, flowers and birds. Very nice swimming pool. At less than 10min from old town by bike (rent is 50 bth for 24h). Staff is smiley and helpfull (they can book your bus ticket without charge for example). Honestly I would like to stay longer...

Such a peaceful, rural setting just a 10-minute bike ride from town and the central zone of Sukhothai Historical Park. We loved our bungalow with a view of rice fields and lotus ponds. Friendly hosts shared information about the area and gave us an interesting tour of the property. We’ll be recommending this place to our friends and family! Note: we had an issue with one of the bikes we rented, and our hosts drove to town and found us to make sure the bike was okay! They really went the extra mile. Thank you!

Guests staying at Scent of Sukhothai Resort can rent a bicycle to explore the surrounding or unwind with a pampering massage. The property offers free parking. The staff is friendly and helping. We had checked in late at 7pm. So the staff help us to trolling our luggage to our room. The location very near to Sukhothai Historical Park. It just need to take 20 min walk to old city and 30 min to the park.

At the resort all rooms are fitted with a private bathroom. They let you use the bikes for free and the motorcycle as well we were able to go have a diner at new sukhothai. The staff is super super friendly and sooooo amazing. They did our laundry for cheap price and they drive us to new sukhothai to take the bus. It was so well located couldnt ask for more! A+++

The landlady is the loveliest person in the world and goes out of her way to accommodate your every need. Breakfast was a delicious, big meal, and the resort is beautifully kept. Bicycles were available free of charge and made it very easy to get to the old town’s center fast. Although the resort is slightly outside the center (but actually just next to the historical park), the best and most authentic Thai restaurant is just across the street. I definitely want to return to this wonderful place.

The nearest airport is Sukhothai, 32 km from the resort, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. The hosts were superb, the kids loved the pool whilst my husband and I enjoyed the bar. The place felt very safe, which was important as we were travelling with our teenage daughters.The rooms are fab. The breakfast was amazing.
