Nestled on Mirror Lake, this Lake Placid resort offers free Wi-Fi, a private beach area, and rooms that feature a refrigerator and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Lake Placid Olympic Village is 5 minutes’ walk. We have been coming to the Golden Arrow, once a year, for the last 18 years. Always in June. But decided this year, to also make it our fall destination.

Located steps to the Atlantic Ocean and less than 5 miles from the Montauk Harbor, this resort offers a heated salt water swimming pool and easy beach access. It also provides beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas. All guest rooms include free Wi-Fi. Very clean great location close to beach and center of town, but quiet and staff were friendly. The pool and guest areas were well appointed and maintained as well.

Six Flags Great Escape & Splashwater Amusement Park is 8 miles from the resort. Lake George Steamboat Cruises are 5 minutes’ drive away. We had a wonderful stay the pictures do not do the facilities justice

The room was very clean and comfortable and the view from our room was beautiful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. First time there and will definitely be going back.

The Clymer, New York Fairway Suites boasts an on-site infinity pool as well as a fitness centre. A wine tasting bar is also available. Hiking trails are on site. Very nice place in a VERY rural area. It's so peaceful and relaxing. Trisha, the front desk staff who checked us in was very friendly. Would stay at this location again and would highly recommend it to others.

Located in Lake Placid, The Whiteface Lodge is 2.4 km from Lake Placid and is 2.2 km from Mirror Lake. The resort offers guests on-site bowling, billiards, hot tubs and swimming in ether the outdoor or indoor pool. The property was exactly what I was envisioning! So many things to do that you didn’t even have to leave.

Del Lago Resort & Casino is set in Waterloo, 10 km from Seneca Falls and 16 km from Geneva. The resort has a spa centre and fitness centre, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. Rooms were modern. Beds were comfortable. The room was very quiet. The restaurant had amazing food at reasonable prices. Just a very pleasant experience.
