Evian Spa is located on the 86th floor and features spa and sauna facilities. Staff at Signiel Seoul can assist guests with luggage storage, valet parking and concierge services. Dry cleaning, laundry, trouser press and ironing services are available at a surcharge. We stayed on the 97th floor- the view was breathtaking and customer service was absolutely amazing. Really enjoyed the free champagne service at the lounge! Overall 10/10. Looking forward to book another stay.

It offers a free shuttle to Shilla Duty Free Shop and Dongguk University Station (Line 3). Modern, very well managed hotel. Clean, well-kept, nice and useful room facilities. Good location, near Dongguk University metro station (line 3). Nice view of the Namsan Park and Tower. Great breakfasts. Fantastic, professional and friendly staff. Absolutely recommended!

The property has high-end venues for large-scale conference, wedding and business events. Other convenient facilities include a reception desk and a luxury lounge. The minute we arrived, every walk was accompanied/guided by a member of staff, from entrance to the lobby, the lobby to the rooms. To make us feel welcomed and ensure we would not get lost. The hotel was directly linked to the Lotte department store and the Myeongdong shopping path was few minutes walk away. Very convenient location to stay for people that loves shopping.

Grand Hyatt Seoul has a recreation centre, The Club Olympus, which includes 3 tennis courts, 2 squash courts, a fitness centre and a sauna. Traditional Korean massages, aromatherapy treatments and spa packages are available at The Spa. Rooms were redone since the last time I stayed at this property and they were Wonderfull. Staff could not have been kinder more accommodating.

At the spa, guests can relax with a massage or lounge in the sauna. The hotel also provides a well-equipped business centre and meeting rooms. Airport transfers can be arranged at the 24-hour front desk. The service was fantastic! We especially loved the view and how comfortable the bed was.
