Great hotel, nice staff! We had a room with jacuzzi and it was great. The beds are very comfortable and soft. Various breakfast. We also had diner at the hotel, which was delicious. The restaurant is very cosy. We went by train and the hotel was just a 5 minute walk from the trainstation. The mall is right across the hotel, we really enjoyed our first time in Utrecht. Definitely coming back, we recommend both city AND hotel!

Outstanding food at the hotel restaurant. Super relaxing massage and overall good spa area.
We were very happy to see that the hotel is taking extra measures during COVID and that definitely made our stay more enjoyable and relaxed. I took the massage therapy and I had 50 minutes of bliss with Mrs. Beatrice! Totally recommend it. Our room was spacious, very clean and lovely view city view as promised. We are already looking into visiting the hotel chain in Rotterdam this time!
The sauna and the spa bath in the room made for a great relaxing break. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good, had a sufficient variety and was well organized.
Lucas welcomed us warmly at reception. All staff were friendly. Breakfast was super varied and the location on the lake makes it even better. We went also bowling which was great to have as a facility. Pool was good and also sauna. Tanning and jacuzzi you have to pay for. Rooms were spacious and ours was overlooking the lake which was lovely. Overall a very good hotel to stay in Utrecht as there is a bus stop a couple of minutes away that connects you to the city centre in no time.
Breakfast was amazing- not often you have a white table cloth buffet breakfast. Wait staff was very attentive and helpful. The grounds were beautiful to stroll through- in particular the metal sculptures were fun to look at. The Spa was also quite relaxing!
The peace and quiet! Beautiful hotel, the staff was perfect and we loved it. The massage in the Spa was very good and the fitness facilities also. The breakfast was okay. Not as much as we are used to, but that is not necessary.
Spotlessly clean, comfortable and large rooms with nice bathroom, fantastic spa (small pool, sauna, Turkish bath, fitness room) that you can also use after check out. Very good breakfast, perfect restaurant facing a beautiful park.
Breakfast was good and we like the spacious areas for people to relax. The outdoor spaces were ideal for reading or small group meetings. Appreciate the free shuttle to and fro from the centre.
Excellent hotel on top location in Utrecht. Room was very modern and spacious - one of the best I have been in for a while. Wellness facilities were superb, staff very friendly and really good breakfast!
