Everything is excellent. The room is spacious. The location is convenient. The surroundings are beautiful. The breakfast is tasty. The staff is available any time and helpful.
The receptionist spoke English and helped organise snowmobiling and our hovercraft transfer to Baikalsk. We also enjoyed the banya. Dauria are also a tour company, so particularly easy to arrange things and pay for them on arrival. Warm spacious rooms, and the compact bathroom had shower, toilet and sink. Tasty breakfasts. Walking distance to the main attractions.
Lovely to have a view of the beautiful lake Baikal, which was frozen over when we visited and was totally stunning. The hotel cabin was cosy with separate living space and kettle. Cheap breakfast available at the hotel cafe.
Lovely peaceful location in the Taiga. I had a semi-detached cabin that was quite spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony. Delicious blini for breakfast! Excellent service for everything except what's noted in the 'didn't like' section of this review.
10 to 15 maybe 20 minutes walk (slow in the snow) up the same road veering left to the dog sledding Excellent breakfast Nice area Would be good in summer for meeting other travellers due to large shared balcony. Owner very nice. Good value spacious room
The location is perfect and the views of the lake is spectacular. Rita who manages the hotel was absolutely amazing and so helpful. Very accommodating to your needs and super friendly with very good English. The rooms are large and spacious. Breakfast was very good.
