Great location. Literally on the beach. There's nothing better than a swim first thing in the morning. It only took me 10' to walk to the heart of the old city via a very pleasant route. The flat is big, comfortable and brand new.

We decided to travel back for the weekend in our dearest place Chania. On the weekend , we were aware that it would have great weather ( as usual ) so we booked that villa for the amazing view. We indeed relax watching that view. Sifis, the owner was very friendly, outgoing and helpful. He helped us to book a taxi, rental car and gave us recommendations where to go and what to see. Will definitely return again ☺️

It’s a brand new place 5 minutes by car from Elafonisi beach. Off the main road so peaceful and quiet. Next to another local attraction the monastery. The property was very clean and well equipped. You can do your own cooking and laundry if need be. Also nice sitting area outside.
The host is kind, laid back, helpful with very good contact, responding immediately to queries. Check in and out was smooth.

Really outstanding small, luxurious but affordable hotel, incredible infinity pool on the roof, stunning views from the Rooms on the sea and the fortress. Room was biiiiiig (30sqm) with a huge balcony. Hotel is brand new and design. Breakfast amd cocktails where excellent and service top notch. All what it takes to be Chania best hotel !
Unbeatable views, very central location. Friendly staff. Close to everything you would want. Felt the atmosphere of the place when sitting on the terrace. Lovely place to enjoy the sunset as well. Even the beach (Nea Chora) is within walking distance (lovely walk, maybe 10-15 minutes). Warm showers! The bedding and towels felt like new, and were very luxurious. The shampoo/soaps were lovely local olive oil products, smelled great! I can't wait to return.
The vegetable and herb garden was great. We haven’t come across that before when hiring private villas. The host left an excellent welcome pack of food essentials. Games room was great. The decor was amazing and there was literally everything you’d need and more in the villa. Villa was very spacious.

Charming, luxurious, clean and great location
Villa Mariposa is a wonderful holiday venue. My extended family enjoyed our stay immensely. It is luxurious with excellent facilities, private and very well positioned with stunning views of the sea and Chania town. The cleanliness of the villa was exemplary and the obliging service of Stratos and Diana were everything we could have expected. We cannot rate this holiday villa too highly and will return in the future.
